We instruct our providers to process this data only to deliver the service. Please do not enter personal data of third parties or confidential information that you are not entitled to share. We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR), only as needed to operate the service. These include, depending on configuration:

Some of our providers are located in, or process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage that are required to operate the service (for example, to keep you signed in). Under applicable law these essential technologies do not require consent. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers. Should we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will obtain your consent beforehand and provide a consent mechanism.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account and content data are kept for the life of your account and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after account deletion, unless we are required to retain certain data (for example, invoices for statutory tax retention periods, generally up to 10 years under German law). Log and analytics data are kept for shorter periods.
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing based on legitimate interests. The service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
